Our multi-head, attended kiosk is a configuration that allows for a high degree of flexibility, with the ability to utilize the kiosk by scaling between one and ten heads per location, depending on the individual configuration of each store. This model can burn CDs and DVDs. It can also download to iPods, MP3 players, SD Cards, Mobile Phones and Memory Sticks.

The attended model is extremely effective because it provides opportunities for employees to engage the customer by giving assistance and up-selling with high-margin products (T-shirts, mp3 players, etc). This model is currently being utilized in various music store chains worldwide.
